Danielle McGrath

总统

Danielle McGrath currently serves as 总统 of the Indiana 能源 Association.

Prior to joining the IEA, she was the chief strategy officer and senior vice president for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, which is an organization committed to attracting and supporting business investment, creating new jobs for Hoosiers, and positioning Indiana as one of the top states in the nation for doing business. McGrath also served in other various public service roles, including deputy chief of staff for former Governor Michael R. Pence and executive director of external affairs at the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.

McGrath earned her bachelor’s degree from DePauw University, where she graduated with honors, and her master’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington. She also holds the Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) credential.

As for her civic endeavors, McGrath has served as a board member for the FBI Indianapolis Citizens Academy Alumni Association and vice president of the DePauw University GOLD Council. She is also an alumna of the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series and a member of the Public Relations Society of America. In 2016, she received a Sagamore of the Wabash.

McGrath and her husband live in Hamilton County with their two children.

Mindy Westrick

Vice 总统

Mindy Westrick Brown serves as Vice 总统 for the Indiana 能源 Association. Mindy previously worked as a senior associate at the law firm Faegre Drinker (then Baker & Daniels and Faegre Baker Daniels) in Government Advocacy for the past 11 years.  Her experience includes lobbying activities on behalf of Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, trade associations, and local government at the Indiana General Assembly and before executive branch agencies and cities and towns. She also served as counsel to local government boards and assisted clients with compliance issues related to campaign finance, 道德, 游戏, alcoholic beverages, and lobbying regulations. Before joining the firm, Mindy worked at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office and assisted a trade association and another law firm during the Indiana legislative sessions.

Mindy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis, where she graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University-McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. She holds leadership roles with the Government Affairs Society of Indiana and the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Mindy previously served as the Secretary for the Indiana Republican State Party and worked on staff for the State Party Chairman. In addition, she is a Marion County Republican precinct committeewoman and has been an Indiana Republican state delegate since 2006.

In 2006-07, she participated in the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Services Series as the youngest local and national member admitted in the program’s first 18 years and now serves on the board of directors for the organization. Mindy also serves on the Metropolitan Development Commission, Marion County Judicial Nominating Committee, and National Conference of State Legislatures Host Committee. Further, she is also a graduate of and on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Leadership Forum.

Mindy and her husband, Brian, live in Indianapolis, with their two children.
